At Quali Prints LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item.
3. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us

• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that’s offering a replacement or a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
